Rutherford House

This stately 1910 mansion was originally named "Achmacarry" after the ancestral Scottish home of University founder Alexander Rutherford. The former premier lived in the house until 1940, when it became the Delta Upsilon Fraternity house. Rutherford House remained a fraternity house until 1973, when it became a provincial historic site.
